Shop Policies
1. Check Policy
A $25 fee will be assessed for any check we cash that is
returned to us because of insufficient funds.
2. Return Policy
All antiques are sold "as is",
"where is", in the condition displayed in our shop and cannot
be returned for cash, exchange, or credit. Any other merchandise
returned for any reason may be exchanged for shop merchandise or credit
ONLY!
NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. Layaway Policy
We will hold any item for 30 days with a minimum deposit
of 10%. For larger pieces, we can set up a longer period that works for
both parties. We will make several attempts to contact you when the 30
days are up, however failure to pickup your merchandise after a reasonable
time will forfeit your 10% deposit. We also gladly accept MasterCard,
Visa, Discover, Personal Checks and good old cash. Longer period of time
may be agreeable on items over $500. Any item purchased on Layaway may
not be returned or exchanged!!!
4. Gift Cards
Gift cards may be purchased for any amount and redeemed
at any time.
5. Custom Orders
We will be glad to custom order any products for you out
of our catalogs. Any custom orders for merchandise must be paid for in
full prior to us placing the order for you. Any orders for custom woodworking
must be accompanied with payment for 50% at the time of order and the
balance paid upon delivery.
6. Storage/Delivery
We will be more than happy to store any merchandise you
purchase for up to 1 week while you make arrangements for pickup. After
7 days, there will be a $3 per day storage fee assessed for this service.
If desired, we will deliver your product to your home anywhere in Wayne
county for a flat fee of $30. Any delivery out of this county can be negotiated
with management.
